www.sportsecyclopedia.com Down and Almost Out The Cleveland Cavaliers are on the brink of elimination after suffering a 108-97 loss to the Golden State Warriors in Game 4 of the NBA Finals at Quicken Loans Arena on Friday Night. After winning Game 3, the Cavs entered the game needing a win to even the series and make things interesting with Game 5 scheduled to be back in Oakland on Monday. Despite a cold start from LeBron James, the Cavaliers appeared to be in good shape at halftime holding a 55-50 lead at halftime. However, in the second half the Warriors tighten up their defense and made life hell for the Cavs. Meanwhile, Stephen Curry found his range beyond the arch making seven three pointers on the way to a game high 38 points, with five rebounds and six assists. The Cavs meanwhile went six minutes in the fourth quarter without making a field goal as the Warriors pulled away. No team has even come back from a 3-1 deficit in the NBA Finals which the Cavs now face.
