The Penguins who tied the game late on a goal by Petr Nedved. From there nobody could break the 2-2 tie, not even Joe Juneau who had a chance to win the game on a penalty shot. Finally, with 45 seconds left in the fourth overtime Nedved wins it for Pittsburgh 3-2 to even the series.
