www.sportsecyclopedia.com Augusta Stunner Heading into the back nine it looked like another coronation for Jordan Speith as the reigning Masters Champion was in full control holding a five stroke lead. However, it suddenly came apart for Speith as he bogeyed the 10th and 11th holes before putting two balls in the water on the 12th hole. When his 12th hole was over Jordan Speith went from seven under par to one under par, shooting a seven on the par three hole. Taking advantage of Speith's stumble was little known Danny Willet who was birdying the 13th and 14th holes to take the lead, after trailing by five strokes at the start of the tenth hole. Speith would rebound with birdies on the 13th and 15th holes, but missing an easy birdie putt on the 16th and another bogey on the 17th ended his championship hopes. Danny Willett meanwhile matching the final competitors held on to win thanks to fourth round 67 for a five under 283 for the tournament.
