www.sportsecyclopedia.com Story Time Through the first week of the season Trevor Story of the Colorado Rockies has been living a fairy tale existence, hitting a home run in his first four major league games. Story was chosen with the 45th overall pick in the 2011 MLB Draft out of LSU, he got his chance to be the starting shortstop for the Rockies when Jose Reyes was suspended with pay due to a domestic violence investigation. On Monday Trevor Story homered twice in his debut off Arizona Diamondbacks ace Zack Greinke. Story added home runs on Tuesday and Wednesday as the Rockies won two of three in Arizona. On Friday the storybook start continued as Trevor Story added two more home runs in his Coors Field debut adding to his record with six long balls in his first four games. However, this story had a downward twist as the San Diego Padres spoiled the Rockies home opener with a 13-6 win.
